Every birthday makes this more expensive. A 38-year-old pays $31/mo for $500K coverage. At 43, that same coverage costs $47/mo — and you have to re-qualify from scratch. The best time to review was last year. The second best time is today.

I built this service after watching too many Alberta families pay years of premiums for bank coverage that quietly worked against them — declining benefits, no portability, and the bank as the sole beneficiary.

My approach is simple: show you the numbers across every major carrier, explain what you're actually buying, and let you decide. No pressure. If your current coverage genuinely is the best option, I'll tell you — and explain why.

Common Questions

Things People Ask
Before Booking

Is this actually free? What's the catch? +
Completely free. Like all insurance advisors, I'm compensated by the carrier if you choose to take a policy — which means there's no charge to you, ever. If you don't switch, I don't earn anything. So my incentive is to be genuinely useful, not to pressure you.
Will switching affect my mortgage or my bank relationship? +
Zero impact. Your mortgage is completely separate from your insurance. Switching insurance doesn't affect your mortgage terms, your relationship with your bank, or anything else. Your bank never needs to know.
What if I have a pre-existing health condition? +
Most homeowners qualify for at least one carrier — even with pre-existing conditions. That's the entire advantage of working across 6 companies rather than one. Different carriers have different underwriting guidelines. We find the one that works for your situation.
What if I signed up for bank coverage years ago — is it too late? +
It's not too late, but it does get more expensive with age. The longer you've held bank coverage, the more you've likely overpaid. Most people who switch after 5+ years with the bank are genuinely surprised at the savings available.
How is this different from just calling my bank? +
Your bank can only offer their product. I'm independent — contracted with 6 carriers, with no loyalty to any of them. My only loyalty is to you finding the best coverage for your family at the best price. I can also include life, disability, and critical illness coverage your bank likely doesn't offer as a bundle.
How quickly can I get covered if I want to switch? +
Most straightforward applications are approved within 24–48 hours. You won't have a gap in coverage — we time the switch so your new policy is active before you cancel the old one.
